America has proven to be a fertile and creative land for composers. A nearly 70-year span covers the great talent writing and exploring music in the USA. Works of four living American composers greeted the adventuresome listener to the intimate Recital Hall at Onofrio Piano. Performed on the great 9 foot Bosendorfer residing on the Onofrio Piano stage, Nanette Shannon and CCP members performed works by American composers Paul Creston, Lowell Lieberman, Maria Newman, Rebecca Clarke and Kevin Puts.
