In addition to her current position as Adjunct Instructor of Piano at Regis University, Ms. Shannon is a frequent adjudicator for local competitions. She earned her doctorate in piano performance from Peabody Conservatory as a student of Ann Schein, and studied at summer festivals with Brooks Smith, Reginald Stewart, and Jean Barr.
